Willkommen to Schulz Bräu, home of Knoxville’s most authentic Oktoberfest celebration!
From German brews to live music and hearty Bavarian food, our 3-week Beerfest — open to all — inside our German castle and Biergarten brings the true spirit of Bavaria right to you!
Starting on September 19th, we kick off the celebration with the Barrel Tapping Ceremony in the Biergarten!
Expect crowd-favorite competitions like Steinholding contests, German-style polka bands, and our signature seasonal brews for an authentic and fun experience.
