The Klaberheads have been around since 1930. Franz Klaber, a German immigrant, started a five-piece band called the Franz Klaber Orchestra to play German folk songs at gatherings and festivals.

Fast forward to today, this multi-generational group features son Franz Jr. on trombone, singing and wearing funny costumes, granddaughter Erika leading the band, and great-granddaughter Emily bouncing around the stage as the band’s lead singer.

This high-energy ensemble is second to none for crowd participation and delights folks across the country with their repertoire that melds original tunes, traditional songs, and crowd favorites from many genres and eras.
